Delivery During the Coronavirus
We are open for business and shipping parcels twice a week. Our posting schedule is as follows:
We are shipping twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays continuing to use Royal Mail
There are likely to be delays in the postal network outside of our control so please be patient with your delivery.
Postage & Packaging costs are as follows:
Flat rate: £3.95
Over £50 is Free
Items advertised that are showing as in stock are carried for immediate dispatch, unless otherwise specified on product page. If a product is out of stock you can select Join Waitlist, this helps us to understand demand for products & if to restock
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from us which will read 'Order Complete'.

KC Cottage is currently only delivering to UK & Northern Ireland (UK Mainland). At this time we do not deliver to the Highlands.
Cancellations can be made for a short period of time after placing your order up until receiving dispatch confirmation email.
Not entirely happy with your received item? Firstly KC Cottage is sorry to hear this, we want you to be happy with your items, but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, return it in an unused condition within 14 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price, excluding the original postage cost. You are required to pay the return postage unless your item was received and was faulty.
Please include your order number and also let KC Cottage know why you werent happy so we can improve our service to you in the future.

We like to be as green as possible so we use pre-loved postal boxes when possible & Biodegradable padding. Please recycle & reuse!
