Friday 10th April
We are delighted to let you know we will be reopening our virtual doors & processing orders again on Friday 10th April.
We have been working hard behind the scenes to come up with a safety-first solution & we now have one that ensures we can post parcels to you while adhering to the government social distancing rules!
We will be shipping twice a week. Our first shipping day will be Tuesday 14th April & then Thursday 16th April. After this we plan to post every Monday & Thursday. This may change over time depending on demand. Please note there are likely delays in the postal network which are outside of our control so please be patient with your delivery.
Please get in contact if you have any questions about this!
Thank you for your continued support!
Tuesday 24 March 2020
While we remain in good health here at KC Cottage we have taken the decision to temporarily close following the government announcement to increase our social distancing. Post Offices are still open but at this time we feel the right thing to do is to reduce our trips outside and to the post office.
Being an online business we can be flexible with how long we do close for, either the full three weeks or we can re-open sooner, right now we haven't made a decision either way but we will keep you fully updated!
So for now Stay Home, Stay Safe & Save Lives!
Sunday 15 March 2020
KC Cottage is well and we are open for business as usual.
If at any point we become unwell with COVID-19 symptoms we will immediately temporarily close for the time advised by the medical experts.
Being an online business this closure might seem extreme as there is very little risk of transmission via post and parcels, but as this is a new virus we would prefer to stay on the side of caution for the sake of our wonderful customers. Also the closure allows us time to rest and recover.
For general information with regards to COVID-19 please see the NHS website link below.
Stay Safe Everyone!
